Kilchrist Castle, Campbeltown
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a deposit of 30% has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
2. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before arrival will not incur further charges beyond the deposit.
We strongly recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 4:00pm

Check-out: By 10:00am
Early arrival or late departure may be available by prior arrangement.
4. Occupancy
Only the number of guests stated at the time of booking may occupy the property.
The lead guest must be over 25 years of age and is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the stay.
5. Care of the Property
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents.
Any damage, breakages or excessive cleaning required may be charged to the lead guest.
6. Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
Dogs must not be left unattended in the property unless agreed in advance and must be kept under control at all times.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
7. Smoking
Kilchrist Castle operates a strict no smoking or vaping policy indoors.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
8. Events & Gatherings
Events, parties or additional visitors are not permitted without prior written agreement.
Any unauthorised gatherings may result in immediate termination of the booking.
9. Liability
Kilchrist Castle cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay.
10. Force Majeure
We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or utility failures).
